Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Operations Leader/Production Manager (M/F) to join one of our Assembly Lines or our Saint Éloi plant in Toulouse, France.

As an Operational Leader, you will lead, motivate, and engage your future Team Leaders and the production team, ensuring their professional development to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety requirements. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and with key interfaces.

Your Challenges:

  • Ensure team management: motivate, communicate, ensure team cohesion while maintaining a good social climate and respecting set objectives.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process for the area.
  • Support Team Leaders in achieving their area's objectives.
  • Contribute to the application of Safety/Environmental rules (safety is a priority, ensuring strict adherence to rules).
  • Enforce Quality processes (manufacturing ranges and processes, monitoring actions related to non-Quality...).
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the paint shop, workload vs capacity, etc.
  • Guarantee on-time delivery while respecting objectives and safety for all.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Significant experience in a production or industrial environment (FAL, Plant, ...).
  • Management experience.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Ability to promote and support change.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and make quick decisions in a changing environment.
  • Synthesis and conceptualization skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Rigor.
  • Language: Native or fluent French & professional English.
