About You
We are seeking a detail-driven payroll professional who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will confidently manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with individuals at all organisational levels, building strong working relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
A solid understanding of payroll legislation and experience with systems like IFS or similar HRIS platforms is essential. You must maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgement, and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes. A proactive mindset, a positive and solutions-focused approach, and a genuine drive to identify improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, consistency, and the employee experience are highly valued.
Key Required Skills
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Knowledge of NZ payroll legislation and KiwiSaver
- Time and attendance systems (IFS preferred)

Key Required Qualifications
