Key Accountabilities

  • Provide high-quality support, including complex diary management, prioritisation of commitments, and proactive alignment of meetings to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and key leadership engagements to ensure seamless execution and a consistent Rolls-Royce experience.
  • Act as a dependable first point of contact, building positive relationships and representing the organisation with confidence, discretion, and care.
  • Manage confidential information in line with our values of trust and integrity.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional work, ensuring actions are tracked, communication is clear, and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Help create the conditions that enable leaders to focus on the moments where they can make the biggest impact.

This role is based on a hybrid working model with Solihull as the preferred location, though Bristol or Derby will also be considered.
