About the Role
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a talented PI Inventory Manager (f/m) to join the PIXO Flow Enablement & Performance department in Toulouse, France. This role is crucial in developing standardization frameworks, digital tools, and transformation roadmaps to enhance inventory management across the company.
As a key member of the Flow Enablement team, you will be instrumental in steering a €1B+ inventory perimeter, conceptualizing innovative digital inventory solutions, and providing expert advice to operational leaders. Your contributions will directly impact the minimization of operating costs, optimization of cash flow, and the securing of our industrial ramp-up.

Your Challenges
- Drive annual and multi-year inventory targets across Airbus Commercial Aircraft to reduce operating costs and optimize cash generation.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of next-generation digital inventory tools and analytics capabilities.
- Advise and guide operational teams, plant management, and Value Stream Managers (VSMs) on stock level decisions.
- Prepare executive-level briefings for senior management to support strategic industrial and financial trade-offs.
- Deploy standardized Supply & Demand processes in line with OptiFlow and Airbus Logistics Operating System (ALOS) ambitions.
Your Profile
- Proven professional background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Procurement, or Inventory Control.
- Demonstrated data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills applied to complex industrial datasets.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executive leadership.
- A collaborative team player capable of bringing disruptive ideas to challenge established working methods.
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory for seamless transnational operations.
