About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager (f/m) to join our General Procurement Supply Chain Quality Department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team responsible for developing suppliers of aircraft-related non-flying products and services, including production machinery, tooling, and assembly lines.

Within the Supply Chain Quality team (PJSA), you will be instrumental in securing regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure all General Procurement activities strictly adhere to EASA regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting Non-Flying Procurement Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert to guide risk analysis (POA scope) and foster awareness within the Procurement/Quality ecosystem to safeguard and refine processes.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Structure and present key compliance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making during steering committees and operational reviews.
  • Securing Supply Chain Regulatory Approval: Coordinate Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM) teams to ensure 100% of suppliers for aircraft-related products and services are qualified, approved, and monitored according to aerospace standards.
  • Upholding Excellence During EASA Audits: Leverage your experience to prepare for and successfully navigate European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) audits across global sites, driving prompt corrective action plans for any findings or non-conformities.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Across the End-to-End (E2E) Procurement Process: Embed and optimize POA/DOA compliance requirements throughout the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to supplier relationship management.

Your Boarding Pass

  • Confirmed professional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or Quality.
  • Proven technical expertise in Supplier Management and complex project management.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 6 Sigma) and problem-solving tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage pressure and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in a high-exposure context.
  • Advanced English proficiency (business travel within France and Europe is expected).
