Role Overview
Join Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U. as a Production Approval Coordinator and play a crucial role in supporting both civil and military production approvals. We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team in Spain. In this vital role, you will support activities to obtain and maintain civil and military production approvals for Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U., acting as the POA coordinator validated by AESA and DGAM. Your expertise will be essential in interfacing with authorities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating audits to ensure our production approvals are upheld to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Support activities to obtain and maintain civil and military production approvals for Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U. as POA coordinator validated by AESA and DGAM.
- Interface with civil and military authorities for matters affecting production approvals on behalf of the primary Approval focal point.
- Notify authorities of approved Organisation changes prior to implementation.
- Ensure Airbus cooperation in authorities' surveillance audits and monitor results.
- Maintain Production Organisation Manuals and relevant documentation to reflect the current Approved Organisation.
- Support coordination with civil/military authorities for obtaining new approvals.
- Support planning, preparation, and execution of audits required for new approvals and significant changes.
- Support planning, preparation, and execution of the audit surveillance plan for certification activity.
- Establish, allocate, and follow up corrective actions for non-conformities raised in audits.
- Execute Business and Quality audits and allocate corrective actions as needed.
- Support annual EN9100/EN9110/PECAL certification audit campaign and corrective actions.
- Support acceptance of Authorities’ audit reports and opening/closure of audit dossiers.
- Support validation of Certifying Staff applications and update of the document register.
Requirements
- Engineering profile
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills
- Airbus Internship experience will be a plus
