Production Technician

We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to help support and develop our manufacturing capabilities. In this dynamic, team-focused role, you will be responsible for the manufacture and test of a range of components and assemblies using both established processes and trial or new product introduction (NPI) methods. You will also support the maintenance of production equipment, gather and analyse production data, and ensure delivery against production deadlines.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manufacturing and testing components and assemblies to specification, following engineering drawings and production documentation.
- Performing complex technical tasks independently while managing multiple work orders across production stations.
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery, including routine servicing and troubleshooting.
- Recording, analysing, and maintaining accurate production data to support quality standards and reporting.
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE, cleanliness, and quality requirements, including conducting regular product checks.
- Supporting production efficiency through equipment setup, process improvements, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with team members.
Essential Experience:
- Experience working in controlled environments (e.g. cleanrooms) is desirable.
- Proven experience working on complex assemblies requiring multiple techniques.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our state-of-the-art facility in Farnborough. This role is fully on-site.
