Project Manager Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team within the UK Government sector. This role is crucial for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project teams, overseeing their delivery, performance, and supporting their professional development through appraisals and guidance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules, meticulously considering dependencies, resource requirements, critical paths, milestones, resource levelling, baselining, and contingency planning.
- Identify, address, and resolve any differences or conflicts between individuals and/or interest groups to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain clear and agreed-upon definitions of project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and agree on project budgets, diligently controlling forecast and actual costs, and producing accurate financial reports.
