The Role: Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our UK Defence function, specifically within the Land & Weapons team at our Farnborough HQ. In this role, you will lead the delivery of one or more standard or complex projects, working with brilliant minds and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold responsibility for the full project management lifecycle, from planning through to execution.
- Manage a variety of projects with a broad scope, including project planning, budget updates, customer and supplier meetings, risk and issue management, and cost forecasting.
- Develop and maintain positive engagement with project customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure the delivery of project outputs to the agreed baseline.
- Maintain financial and resource demand forecasts that accurately reflect the expectations for the work.
- Ensure correct data entry and maintenance within SAP CRM for opportunities, including order value, order intake scenario, bid due date, closing date, sales stage, margin, revenue profile, and notes.
Essential Experience
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in leading business projects, programmes, portfolios, or P3 functions.
- Proven success in delivering projects to at least 3 different customers.
Essential Qualifications
- An industry-recognised qualification such as Prince2, AMP, or PMP.

Location and Hours
This role is based at our state-of-the-art Farnborough facility, working 37 hours per week, with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
