Your Challenges
- Conduct quality inspections according to defined standards for final verification and conformity attestation, stop points, first article inspection, and functional tests.
- Perform investigations and root cause analyses on identified quality/technical issues and non-quality costs at the workshop level.
- Ensure appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions are taken by the responsible function through cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to securing the production flow by rapidly resolving quality issues and preventing foreign object damage.
- Provide operational surveillance (personnel, product, and process) of delegated tasks.
- Train operators with L1/L2 delegations at the workstation.
- Direct measurement methods, quality subcontracting, jigs, and tools.
Your Profile
- Diploma: Bac Pro or BAC +2 (or equivalent) in mechanics or equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical sector.
- Skills in metrology and quality.
- Proficiency with IT tools (Office and various applications).
- Demonstrated rigor, teamwork, and communication skills with transverse functions.
- Language Skills: Beginner in English, Fluent in French.
