About the Role

As a Quality Technician (Technician Level) for our critical helicopter parts, you are the guardian of our products' safety and compliance. Strategically positioned between the Design Office (DO) and Production Engineering (PO), you ensure the correct application of design requirements on the shop floor and the traceability of evolutions, supported by our reference systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze part definitions and implemented manufacturing processes to guarantee traceability and evolution of manufacturing and certification parameters over time.
- Freeze parameters and validate technical elements related to the critical part procedure (documentation, workflows) enabling production workshops to manufacture and ensure client deliveries.
- Provide support to the AET, ME, and QME teams.
- Ensure the conformity of our products and the traceability of various evolutions over time in accordance with current regulations.
- Archive FAIRs and all validated documentation for a deposited workflow.
- Maintain and evolve our normative reference systems.
- Simplify our processes related to critical parts processes.
Skills & Requirements
- Analyze design office plans.
- Analyze machining operating procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO tolerancing.
- Knowledge of metrology basics.
- Knowledge of control tools and their applicability.
- Knowledge of machining logic, as well as heat and thermo-chemical treatments.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Pack Office / Google Suite / SAP.

- English: Intermediate

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
