As a Receptionist, you will be instrumental in establishing a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and colleagues. You will provide essential front-of-house support, manage site access, and ensure adherence to security, health, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional reception service to internal and external customers.
- Manage visitor bookings and site access in line with security and HSE procedures.
- Support administration tasks, including visitor reporting and trend analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date site and security information.
- Support site emergency response processes and communications.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.

Working Hours and Location
This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, based at our Malvern site. The set working times are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
