Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Technical Assistance Representative for short missions (B2) to join the Support Engineering department based in Marignane, France. Contribute to shaping the future of aeronautics and protecting lives with our helicopters.
The Marignane site, a major French industrial hub near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, is transforming to offer a high-tech, inclusive, and environmentally respectful work environment. You will have a unique professional experience at the heart of helicopter manufacturing.
Your Future Missions:
You will join the Support Engineering department, specifically a multidisciplinary team responsible for External Technical Assistance for short-duration missions (less than 6 months).
This position requires security clearance and eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. Frequent business trips in France and abroad are expected, requiring flexibility for short-notice travel.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Conduct field missions according to client and subsidiary needs.
- Advise local operators for daily improvement and increased performance.
- Advise technical personnel on troubleshooting, maintenance, repair work, maintenance programs, and ground support equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training to our clients.
- Assist clients in implementing required modifications.
- Manage maintenance and repairs.
- Perform necessary document monitoring for your activity.
- Maintain your skills up to date.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skills:
- Valid EASA Part 66 B2 license.
- One type qualification among the Super Puma family, EC175, or H160.
- Autonomy in performing duties.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with clients in constrained environments.
- Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to write work summaries, identify issues, and promote improvements within the company.
- Writing technical reports, visit reports, and fleet follow-ups.
- Mandatory knowledge in: Technical documentation, Airworthiness, CAMO, Logistics, and Human Factors.
- Proficiency in WebTek and common office software.
- Constant focus on safety for site work and future aircraft operations.
Language Skills:
- Advanced English and Fluent French.
