Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Setup and operation of the product library.
- Receipt and administration of external product documents, change requests, and deviation requests (RFDs/RFWs).
- Review of delivered documents for completeness and reproducibility.
- Creation of required reports and documentation (e.g., status reports).
- Monitoring PDM - Tool Task Management & Data Cleansing.
- Compilation and delivery of data packages.
- Review of created technical data packages for completeness.
- Support of specialist departments regarding the creation and administration of data in the PDM tool.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business Administration or similar) or comparable vocational training with extensive specialized additional qualification.
- Knowledge of configuration management processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of technical change management processes and procedures.
- Dedicated, independent, proactive, and team-oriented thinking and working style.
- Very good German and English language skills.
