What you’ll do:
- Provide expert advice on nuclear and radiological safety.
- Support safety case development for the 9 Dock Design and Safety Engineering team.
- Advise on safety analysis underpinning Devonport Royal Dockyard Limited (DRDL) safety cases.
- Contribute to the transformation and sustainability of Devonport Dockyard.
- Build and maintain knowledge of submarine systems and reactor plant performance.
What you’ll need:
- A Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
- Experience in safety engineering or design.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Knowledge of submarine systems (advantageous).
- Experience within the nuclear sector (advantageous).
- A drive to own and shape your career development journey.
