Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for organizing and managing the shift operations.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of orders, considering quality aspects and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep tasks.
  • Undertake operational activities such as priming and spray painting of components when necessary.
  • Support senior management within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., vehicle painter) with extensive professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aviation.
  • Alternatively, a specialized further education qualification (e.g., Industrial Foreman specializing in Paint and Coating Technology).
  • Proficient in handling solvent-based paints and using technical measuring instruments (layer thickness measurement, adhesion testing, cross-cut test).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift and potentially a 3-shift system.
