Leonardo, a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Security, is seeking a Senior Physical Security Lead to join their Business Security Unit at the Genoa Torre Fiumara site.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all processes and compliance related to the physical security of the Genoa Torre Fiumara site, adhering to established Procedures and Operational Instructions. This role involves overseeing the proper execution of armed guard and reception services, ensuring the efficiency of all active and passive physical security devices, and maintaining the security of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site physical security processes in accordance with current Leonardo Operational Instructions, Procedures, and Directives.
- Supervise and coordinate site Guarding and Reception services.
- Liaise with HR, HSE, Plant Management, IT, LGS, and Leonardo Logistics departments.
- Collaborate with divisional departments on-site for security aspects related to institutional visits and events.
- Verify the technical efficiency status of physical security systems.
- Manage documentation related to access for external companies and visitors.
- Draft Site Physical Security Operational Instructions, sharing them with your Manager.
- Create maintenance tickets for physical security systems on the Archer platform.
- Issue employee and external worker badges and manage access authorizations via the VAM platform.
- Liaise with Suppliers and Maintenance providers for technical requirements and compliance.
- Analyze and report on the need for active and passive physical security devices to enhance site security.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma and/or Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in similar roles.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of IT systems, networks, and technological systems in general.
- Language Skills: B1 level proficiency.
- Behavioral Competencies: Flexibility for complex and urgent tasks, orientation towards managing third-party personnel, ability to share problems and solutions, and involve collaborators.
What We Offer:
- Contract: Permanent, with reference to the CCNL for Private Mechanical Engineering and Plant Installation.
- Work Mode: Hybrid.
- Salary Range: €48,000 - €58,000 RAL (Annual Gross Salary).
