As a Senior Security Architect, you will deliver compelling cyber security consultancy, involving the leading and supporting of the design and development of secure technical systems and solution architectures for our markets. Day-to-day, you will develop conceptual security solutions, architectures, and associated principles and approaches, devising them across a range of technologies and environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with our clients to drive the security outcomes they require in their specific business context, considering impacts to their business/operations.
  • Developing security plans, policies & processes and advising on security-related technology selection across a range of technologies.
  • Leading security-related project delivery from the detailed technical level to high-level system views.
  • Collaborating with other architect disciplines and technical experts to deliver a security viewpoint on architectures.
  • Supporting, coaching, and mentoring staff.
  • Working with other security practitioners to shape and influence good security architectural solutions that meet governance/regulatory requirements.

Essential Experience

  • A strong working knowledge of cyber and information regulatory requirements with a good understanding of Information Assurance Frameworks.
  • The ability to apply architectural frameworks and design patterns with previous relevant experience of architecture.
  • Previous experience developing and advising proportionate cyber security solutions to meet customer needs.
  • A strong understanding of relevant digital technologies and how to apply security architecture, with in-depth experience of at least one area.
  • The ability to communicate strongly with stakeholders, make security recommendations, and lead teams to develop secure technical solutions.
  • A good understanding of the current threat landscape, technical vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.

This role is 37 hours per week, based at multiple UK sites. Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to customer sites will be expected.
