About the Role
As a Senior Structures Engineer at Babcock, you will be instrumental in supporting the Royal Navy Submarine Fleet through the development of innovative structural design and engineering solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading the development of section capabilities within the Structures team and providing crucial technical support across the wider business. You will take ownership of directing technical outputs, coordinating activities, and fostering collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Your work will encompass a diverse range of projects on complex assets.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in structural analysis and design.

Qualifications
- Degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (or ability to demonstrate required competencies) with full membership of a relevant engineering institute.
Security Clearance Requirement
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national and must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
