About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Simulation Product Engineer (f/m) to join our Modelling and Simulation Department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing real-time simulation products for the engineering community. As part of the Integration Platforms team, you will be involved in managing and delivering simulation benches aiming at providing state-of-the-art simulation for aircraft programs.

Your Challenges

  • Define and plan the evolutions of simulation products according to customers' needs.
  • Cascade needs, schedule, and coordinate the development of product subcomponents (simulation models, simulation frameworks, electronic interfaces).
  • Integrate and validate evolutions from a multi-system standpoint to ensure product performance and representativeness.
  • Deliver new products and associated documentation while providing technical support to customers.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve product policy and steer subcontracted or offshore activities.

Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)

  • Strong background in engineering or applied computer science.
  • Software troubleshooting knowledge involving Linux, C, and scripts.
  • General understanding of aircraft systems (e.g., Flight Controls, Autopilot, Engines).
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
