Role: National and Community Funding Programmes Specialist

Within the PFND Aircraft Unit of the Aircraft Division, we are looking for a Specialist in National and Community Funding Programmes for our Venegono Superiore (VA) location. The ideal candidate will manage key activities related to funded programs, ensuring economic and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and preparation of economic and operational reports for funded programs, including direct and indirect hourly cost analysis.
  • Monitoring the costs, milestones, and performance of funded programs.
  • Supervision and contribution to functional reporting and the definition of performance indicators.
  • Support in defining the budget and multi-year plan, including variance analysis and corrective proposals.
  • Liaising with internal entities and functions to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Contributing to the optimization of program management and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Degree in STEM, economic, management, or related fields with consolidated experience in structured environments and roles related to the management of complex or funded programs.
  • Seniority: Expert level, requiring 3-5 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP management systems (preferably SAP), with the ability to extract, consolidate, and analyze complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Access, queries, and advanced reporting systems).
  • Solid knowledge of regulations concerning national, regional, and community funding.
  • Basic knowledge of contractual agreements (e.g., Partnership Agreements, Grant Agreements) and main administrative processes and service/supply acquisition.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and a structured approach to process management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
