The selected candidate will join our Air Power Services team, specializing in Capability Assurance — ensuring our TMA fleet remains technologically advanced, operationally unstoppable, and future-ready.

The key to fleet longevity lies in mastering the silent impact of technological advancement on existing platforms. As our Strategic Fleet Resilience Engineer, you won’t just be tracking parts or managing databases; you will be the architect of our fleet's survival and evolution. You are the ultimate guardian of the TMA fleet, ensuring technical obsolescence never grounds our mission. This is a highly strategic, individual contributor role where you will turn potential technical crises into competitive and financial advantages for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master the Risk Landscape: Own, map, and analyze the obsolescence landscape across the fleet, building the predictive defenses that keep our aircraft flying.
  • Drive Executive Strategy: Act as the vital bridge between technical reality and executive decision-making. You will translate complex technical risks into high-level, high-impact investment strategies.
  • Protect the Fleet: Serve as the ultimate line of defense against AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, directly ensuring our operational availability remains unmatched.
  • Innovate & Optimize: Design modern, forward-thinking lifecycle roadmaps that balance cutting-edge technological upgrades with smart capital investment.

SKILLS

  • Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Experience: You bring 3+ years of experience in Engineering or Customer Services (e.g., AMTAC). You understand the DNA of MRTT and LTA/M&L platforms and speak the language of these aircraft fluently.
  • Languages: Advanced level in Spanish & English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Soft skills:
    • Forward-Thinking Planner: You excel at converting high-level risks into structured, actionable, and prioritized project roadmaps.
    • High-Level Communicator: You possess the unique ability to talk technical specifications with engineers and ROI (Return on Investment) with executives in the same hour.
    • Predictive Problem-Solver: You don't wait for a component to fail; you anticipate the challenge years in advance and have already engineered the solution.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
