An opportunity for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (Sevilla).

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of the aerostructures supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure all components meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring their performance regarding quality and delivery deadlines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain and quality processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations (e.g., EN 9100).
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations integration.
  • Analyze supply chain and quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal company policies and current regulations regarding health, safety, and environment.
