Survival Equipment Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team engaged in survival and aircrew equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring all operational activities adhere to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Overseeing the inspection, testing, and certification processes for equipment.
- Driving team performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Coordinating work streams to ensure safe and timely delivery of outputs.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the maintenance of survival or life support equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising within a technical or engineering setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- A high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, and accountability.
- Knowledge of military engineering standards, procedures, or equivalent.
- Formal engineering training (e.g., RAF Trade Group 13 or equivalent).
- Trade authorisations such as QSEAC or AVMEDSE.
- Additional technical qualifications in aircrew equipment or specialist systems are desirable.
