Your analytical mindset enables you to assess complex technical challenges, contribute to effective problem-solving, and support sound engineering decision-making. Strong collaboration and communication skills will allow you to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across engineering, project, and customer teams.

Experience contributing to technical reviews, documentation, and discussions will be highly regarded, along with the ability to share knowledge and support the development of others. You value continuous improvement and professional growth and take pride in contributing to a strong and sustainable engineering capability.
