// Role Specification

Role Overview

Functionally integrated within AHG for the IPD generation of the NH90 program, this role is responsible for the creation, verification, and validation of deliverables associated with the position. You will perform IPD Authoring for specific ATAs assigned to the AHE workshare.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and deliver Work Packages for NH90 IPD Production.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, completeness, and on-time delivery of all IPD deliverables.
  • Manage Spare Parts configuration control in accordance with design, maintenance concepts, and configurations.
  • Support and analyze the definition and implementation of triggers (CR´s, ECP´s, IPRFs) for the NH90 program.
  • Create and modify illustrations for the NH90 IPD.

Key Competencies and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience in the aeronautical sector, preferably in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design, or relevant experience with Warehouse and Procurement to optimize processes.
  • Proficiency in Windchill and SAP.
  • NH90 Program knowledge is valuable.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-company team environment.
  • Experience with Impact Analysis for NH90 Service Bulletins procedure.
  • High knowledge in handling the Windchill SCDM tool.
  • Experience handling and managing the AMOSS tool.
  • Knowledge of the NH90 Illustrations Style Guide.
  • Proficiency in the IsoDraw design tool.
  • Advanced knowledge of Specific Regulations AECMA, ASD S2000M, and Spec1000D.
  • Experience in MET (material evolution table) production.
  • Knowledge of NATO coding and supply items cataloging systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and B-Flow data.
  • Knowledge of VPM, Consolidation Layer.
  • Understanding of Configuration Control and related tools.
  • Knowledge in Governmental Programs.
  • Problem-oriented approach, proactivity, and team spirit are essential.
  • Degree, preferably technically oriented, compatible with the mission, activities, and competencies required.
  • L2 Qualification in IPD production.
  • High level of English and experience in handling technical documentation.
