Airbus Operations at Saint Eloi in Toulouse is seeking an Operational Maintenance Technician (H/F) to join their team. This site is unique globally for designing, machining, producing, assembling, and delivering reactor pylons for all Airbus aircraft models, investing in cutting-edge technologies like 3D metal printing and aiming for zero CO2 emission aircraft.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

You will work within an operational maintenance service organized in two 2x9 shifts. Your primary mission is to participate in the repair and reliability of various industrial means at the St Eloi factory. This includes maintaining:

  • Hard metal machine tools
  • High-temperature titanium forming presses
  • Large-dimension drilling centers
  • Automated assembly lines

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring corrective maintenance activities on machines to meet production demands, maintain machine availability, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Keeping machines and the industrial system operational.
  • Diagnosing machine issues and writing anomaly reports.
  • Performing curative maintenance actions, modifications, and improvements in accordance with current regulations.
  • Using metrology tools to ensure geometric conformity according to standards.
  • Managing spare parts.

Skills development is supported through internal training provided by technical specialists.

Your Profile:

  • Diploma as a Maintenance Technician (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge and/or expertise in various production means (machine tools, machining, drilling, presses, lasers, assembly lines...).
  • Understanding of the production environment and constraints.
  • Automation skills would be a plus.
