Airbus Helicopters is looking for a CNC Programming Technician (f/m) to join our Mechanical Excellence Centre based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team of 80 people within the "Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering" department, responsible for the industrialization of mechanical parts within the Rotors and Transmissions Centre of Excellence.
Your role will involve:
- Industrialization of internally produced mechanical parts.
- Programming numerical controls for machine tools (turning, milling, grinding centers, etc.).
- Managing associated documentation and conducting workshop trials.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical feasibility analysis of design office plans.
- Creation of CNC programs for machine tools.
- Selection of cutting tools and associated cutting parameters.
- Specification of workholding devices for part positioning and holding.
- Program verification using digital simulation tools.
- Creation of workshop instruction documents.
- Collaboration with various specific trades (Industrial Methods, Control Methods, Special Processes, NDT, etc.).
- Definition of operation times.
- Testing programs on machine tools with operators and validation.
- Monitoring machine tool investments (specification, statement of work, supplier selection participation, technical reception, part re-industrialization).
Your profile:
- BAC +2/3 degree (DUT, BTS or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of machining methods (turning, milling, grinding).
- Skills in CNC Programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
- Knowledge of materials, cutting tools, and cutting parameters.
- Interest in aeronautical mechanics.
- Rigour and organization.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Team spirit and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT tools (CATIA, G Suite, etc.).
- Language skills: Fluent French / Intermediate English.
