Your Responsibilities:

  • Support project leadership in the technical and operational management of the overall ROXY project, in close coordination with program management; monitor budget, timelines, and critical milestones.
  • Provide technical support to the project team, including all functions necessary to achieve the objectives.
  • IP Protection & Innovation: Further develop the UPREB methodology and validate innovative electrochemical processes to safeguard Airbus IP.
  • International Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary consortia, engaging partners such as ETH Zurich, Boston University, and Fraunhofer IFAM.
  • Global Representation: Represent the project at C-level towards international space actors and present scientific-technical breakthroughs at technical conferences (e.g., ICES, ECS, ASGSR, JpGU).
  • Support Business Development: Build networks to support strategic acquisition of new partners and ensure funding eligibility from national and international space agencies (especially DLR, JAXA, and NASA).

Your Profile:

  • Education: Successfully completed Master's degree in Physics with outstanding results.

  • Experience: Relevant experience in leading complex sub-projects within the ISRU field.
  • Soft Skills: Natural authority to lead international expert teams, analytical acuity, and the ability to communicate highly complex issues appropriately to top management. Ability to build, maintain, and expand a network within the ROXY community (especially USA, Japan, and Switzerland).
  • Languages: Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
