// Role Specification
A temporary opportunity has arisen at Airbus in Seville for a Time Management & Personnel Administration Specialist. The successful candidate will become part of the Reward Operations Team within the Human Resources function.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (TM) activities at a high quality, adhering to labour law, collective agreements, and company requirements.
- Perform personnel events for hiring, transfers, or departures, register employee data, and issue necessary documents.
- Manage all Time Management related events, including working time schedules, shifts, absences, quotas, and time-related payments or bonuses.
- Maintain a high level of compliance for TM and PA, ensuring secure management of personal data.
- Utilize and enhance HR tools for employee administration, particularly for PA and Time (e.g., SAP-HR, MyPulse-Workday, Escriba, RPA).
- Monitor, test, and improve Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for PA and TM activities.
- Ensure the design and implementation of HR standard solutions, including policies, processes, and tools for PA and TM.
- Consider the impact of HR-relevant legislation and regulations on daily operations.
- Contribute to transnational future projects for TM and PA.
- Train colleagues as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Education: Human Resources Vocational Training, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years in Human Resources. Previous HR experience at Airbus or a similar global company is valuable.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability to new topics, business environments, and networking.
- Languages: Advanced level in both Spanish and English.
- Technical Knowledge: Previous experience in SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace, and Workday is essential.
- AI Process Integration: Proficiency in adapting to and leveraging AI-powered systems with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Valuable: Experience in aeronautical topics.
Availability: Starting September 1st, in-person, full-time work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
