About the Role

As a Training Centre Administrator at Babcock, you will play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Severn Park Fire and Rescue Training Centre in Avonmouth. You will be instrumental in providing an outstanding experience for customers, visitors, and colleagues through efficient administration, reception services, and support for information assurance and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Provide efficient reception, administration, and information assurance services.
  • Manage training administration, including course bookings and reporting.
  • Administer purchase orders, receipt goods, and maintain relevant business systems.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails for attendance, feedback, accommodation, and training activities.
  • Support the help desk function and liaise with contractors, clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Details

This is a permanent, part-time position (31.5 hours per week) based at the Severn Park Fire and Rescue Training Centre in Avonmouth. Working hours typically consist of three 11-hour shifts per week, with potential for occasional weekend working. The number of shifts may vary based on rota and training requirements.
