Werkstudent (d/m/w) in Cabin Engineering Program: Technical Change Management
Airbus Operations is seeking a motivated Working Student to support the Cabin Engineering Program, focusing on Technical Change Management. This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time student to bridge theory and practice with cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a student to support us for approximately 18 hours per week.

12 months
You will receive a collective agreement-based remuneration starting from €18.53 per hour, depending on the role, in addition to special payments like holiday allowance.

- Efficiency Projects & Innovation: Independently contribute to optimization projects within the Technical Change Management department to accelerate and simplify processes.
- Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Work interfaces with various technical and operational teams to identify, analyze, and structure existing needs and requirements.
- Tool Development & AI Solutions: Conceptualize, program, and implement smart tools using coding and modern AI solutions to directly translate identified requirements into practice.
- PMO & Team Organization: Support the creation of action and tracking lists, status/progress reports, budget planning, and internal hub platforms.
- Communication: Prepare technical presentations and events, and support work orders for external companies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Computer Science, Engineering, Configuration Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Good software and programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and a strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI solutions.
- Ability to analytically grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into practical tool solutions.
- Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills for successful stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations).
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- You are a strong team player but can also drive projects independently and with responsibility.
