Werkstudent (d/m/w) in Cabin Engineering Program: Technical Change Management

Airbus Operations is seeking a motivated Working Student to support the Cabin Engineering Program, focusing on Technical Change Management. This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time student to bridge theory and practice with cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a student to support us for approximately 18 hours per week.

As soon as possible

Duration:

12 months

You will receive a collective agreement-based remuneration starting from €18.53 per hour, depending on the role, in addition to special payments like holiday allowance.

You will be working at Hamburg's largest production facility for civilian aircraft. The location on the southern Elbe bank offers the possibility of commuting by ferry. Experience the unique charm of Hamburg in your free time, where vibrant city culture meets maritime heritage.

  • Efficiency Projects & Innovation: Independently contribute to optimization projects within the Technical Change Management department to accelerate and simplify processes.
  • Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Work interfaces with various technical and operational teams to identify, analyze, and structure existing needs and requirements.
  • Tool Development & AI Solutions: Conceptualize, program, and implement smart tools using coding and modern AI solutions to directly translate identified requirements into practice.
  • PMO & Team Organization: Support the creation of action and tracking lists, status/progress reports, budget planning, and internal hub platforms.
  • Communication: Prepare technical presentations and events, and support work orders for external companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Computer Science, Engineering, Configuration Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Good software and programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and a strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Ability to analytically grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into practical tool solutions.
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills for successful stakeholder management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations).
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • You are a strong team player but can also drive projects independently and with responsibility.
