Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Windows & Linux Service Delivery Manager (f/m) to join their Airbus Defence & Space Digital Team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of an international Airbus Defence & Space team responsible for implementing and operating Windows and Linux RedHat Operating Systems. As a member of the Server OS team, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Server run operations in France, managing approximately 2500 servers.

Your Challenges:

  • Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier, including SLA follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate technical MFTs in case of a major incident / crisis.
  • Manage budget forecast and follow-up.
  • Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrades implementation.
  • Organize regular surveys measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate discussions between customers and experts or the run supplier.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure operations or similar experience.
  • Experience steering an outsourced contract: strong on contract execution (price, SLA, priorities, ...) while building trust with the run supplier.
  • Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple activities in parallel.
  • Basic knowledge in hosting: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM.
  • Basic knowledge in network: LAN / WAN, TCP/IP.
  • Intermediate English level required.
