About the Role
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an X-Sites Digital Operations Leader (f/m) to join our Digital in Operations team in Toulouse, France. You will be instrumental in supporting the digitalization of Operations across all Airbus Commercial Sites. As part of the OEG team, you will deploy and coordinate digital activities, ensuring all appropriate digital capabilities are implemented while advocating for the needs of our sites.

Your Challenges
New Lines Project Management:
- Animate and manage digital gates (e.g., LBIP) to ensure successful New Lines delivery, covering landscape, roadmap, and prerequisites.
- Plan, monitor, and challenge the financial performance of New Lines digitalization initiatives.
- Drive risk mitigation and action resolution.
Digital Tool Landscape Expertise:
- Act as the central focal point for the digital tool landscape, understanding functionalities and applications for Operations across all Airbus Commercial sites.
- Advise sites on their digital landscape to ensure adherence to central strategy and local tool rationalization.
- Support on-site assessments within the Airbus Operating System (AOS) framework to identify digital improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Ensure strong collaboration with IT on New Lines digitalization projects.
- Unite diverse stakeholders, including site digital leaders, project teams, IT, and cybersecurity focal points, towards the common goal of New Lines Entry into Service.
- Co-lead monthly site meetings.
Your Profile
- Deep knowledge of Airbus Operations, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in project/portfolio management (e.g., Planisware, LBIP).
- Ability to conduct deep dives into technical content.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to thrive in complex environments and engage diverse teams.
- Strong communication and networking skills, including in multicultural settings.
- Customer-focused with adaptability and resilience.
- Proactive and autonomous.
